Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 ripe avocados
1 small onion
1 lemon
1 (4 oz.) jar picante sauce (medium or hot)
1 fresh tomato
Preparation
- 
                            Combine avocados (pitted and peeled), finely chopped onion, picante sauce and juice from lemon.
Stir and mash with potato masher until large lumps are gone.
Place in a serving dish and top with chopped tomato.
Serve immediately.
