Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Sake
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 slices fresh ginger, sliced
    1 green onion, chopped
    5 oz. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken up into tiny serving pieces; boil 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix together brown sugar and the Sake.
    Add garlic, ginger, green onions and soy sauce, then add chicken. Marinate 12 hours or overnight.
    Barbecue or broil.
    Makes 6 servings.
