Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream margarine, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Shape into balls and roll into mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
