Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. cream-style corn
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Stir in milk, eggs and melted margarine.
Add other ingredients.
Bake in an 11 x 13 inch Pyrex dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
