Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. Crisco
5 egg yolks
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
5 beaten egg whites
Preparation

Cream well sugar, oleo and Crisco.
Add egg yolks, one at a time, then add flour, buttermilk, soda and coconut.
Beat in egg whites.
Bake in three 9-inch pans for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool.
