Baked Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Sauterne (white wine)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Mix and pour over cut up chicken and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Serve over rice.
