Viola'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt (may omit)
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Cut bread into squares (8 per slice). Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate overnight or for 12 hours.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
