Rose'S Banana Pineapple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. ripe bananas
    1 c. ground nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
    Slice bananas.
    Add to dry mixture.
    Add oil, vanilla, eggs, pineapple and nuts.
    Stir to blend.
    Bake in a tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
