Jim'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes thin. Boil until done. Drain. Alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
