Coconut Macaroon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Lightly beat eggs in mixing bowl.
    Beat in sugar, water, flour, salt and almond extract, until blended.
    Stir in coconut and melted butter.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Serves 6.
