Beef And Okra Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra, thawed and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 slices sharp process American cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat; drain.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Add tomato sauce, undrained corn, okra and brown sugar. Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Arrange cheese slices atop.
    Cover; heat 3 to 4 minutes to melt cheese.
    Serves 8.
