Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (15 oz) pineapple chunks
2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. white sugar
30 ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, cheese, pineapple juice, flour and sugar.
Top with crushed crackers & butter slices.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Yields 12 servings.
