Spiced Cranberry - Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1 c. cold water
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 orange, diced
    16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
    Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
    Stir in oranges and walnuts.
    Spoon into 5-cup ring mold.
    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm and unmold.
    Great for the holidays.
