Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium ripe tomatoes, seeded, cut in small cubes
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
    1-2 fresh jalapeno chilies or pickled jalapenos, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
    Salt to taste
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well and serve as an appetizer with nachos or along with sour cream and lettuce as an entree enhancement.
