Andrew'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. catsup
    1 c. molasses
    1/2 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large covered pot.
    Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat; partially cover and simmer very gently for 1 hour.
    Add a bit
    more water if sauce gets too thick.
    Makes approximately 1 gallon.
    Keeps well in covered glass jar in refrigerator for several months.
