Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and vanilla flavoring.
Add eggs, oil, apples and nuts; mix well.
Grease tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from pan in about 5 or 10 minutes.
