Meat Loaf Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 small jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, spinach, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley and half of the spaghetti sauce.
    Pack meat loaf mixture into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Meanwhile, heat the remaining sauce and serve on cooked rice or spaghetti.
