Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground beef, turkey or deer
1/2 jalapeno, chopped
2 large green peppers, chopped
3 cans red kidney beans
2 tsp. liquid smoke (hickory)
2 tsp. ground pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 large onions, chopped
2 large cans tomatoes
2 stalks celery, cut up
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown meat, onions and green peppers.
Drain.
Add seasonings and water.
Stir and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until meat is well seasoned.
Place meat mixture in large stew pot with all other ingredients.
Cook 1 1/2 hours.
Season to taste!
Makes 3 quarts.
