Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, cooked and mashed
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    grated cheese (over top, optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in hot milk.
    Pour over cracker crumbs; mix well. Add squash, seasoning and beaten eggs.
    Pour into baking dish and cook 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
