Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

4 green peppers
1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
tomato sauce (1 can)
4 to 5 slices bacon
1 lb. hamburger meat
Worcestershire sauce
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cut the tops off the pepper; clean first, then blanche green peppers in large pan of water.
Cook the rice as directed on box. Fry the bacon slices and crumble.
Brown hamburger meat in large skillet; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Then stir in the rice, bacon slices and add Worcestershire sauce to taste (2 tablespoons).
