Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken
1 small onion
1/2 c. dill pickle relish
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 c. pecans
mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook chicken; pull apart. Add chopped onions, pecans and relishes; mix well. Stir in mayonnaise to desired consistency. Serve with crackers or bread.
