Candied Walnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. walnuts
Preparation

Bring sugar, cinnamon, cream of tartar and water to a boil at 240\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Pour and separate on aluminum foil.
