Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. lard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, lard and salt.
    Beat egg, water and vinegar together.
    Add to first mixture.
    Chill 20 minutes, then roll out. Makes 2 double crust pies.
