Juicy Hamburgers * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put into a 2-quart bowl and mix well.
    Wet hand and shape into patties of desired size.
    Brown in skillet over medium heat.
    Turn once.
    Do not flatten (this presses out the juices).
    Serve on toasted split buns and with onions, relish and sauces desired.
