Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 heads broccoli or 1 pkg. broccoli slaw mix
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 red onion, diced
    3/4 c. salted sunflower seeds
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Fry bacon, drain and crumble.
    Mix onion, mayonnaise, sugar and red wine vinegar.
    Add bacon and broccoli. Stir, then add sunflower seeds.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir again and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
