Apple Puddingbolivar, Missouri - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. chopped apples
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Mix eggs well and add to chopped apples and shortening and sugar.
Sift all dry ingredients and combine with other ingredients.
