Hot Turkey Or Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bite size cooked fowl
    2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 medium diced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. curry powder, to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation
    Combine above and put in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish and top with grated cheese.
    Sprinkle corn chips over top.
    Preheat oven and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until just heated through.
