Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. salad oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 c. wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut in 2-inch cubes
fresh, whole mushrooms
green pepper squares
small, whole onions
cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Place chicken and vegetables in marinade for 3 to 4 hours.
I prefer to parboil onions before placing them in the marinade. Skewer separately to adjust for different cooking times.
Broil on grill, basting frequently.
Serve with rice in center of hot platter with the grilled food circling it.
