Aunt Sissy'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix well oil, sugar and eggs.
    Combine and sift all dry ingredients and add to first mixture and mix well.
    Add vanilla, nuts and carrots.
    Pour into greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. (Makes 3 layers.)
    Bake 25-28 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
