Chicken Breasts Ala Valdostana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    10 big slices Gruyere or Fontina cheese
    white wine
Preparation
    Flour chicken and saute in butter very quickly on medium heat. Saute on both sides.
    Add wine and flour to thicken.
    When chicken looks almost done, place cheese slices on top.
    Cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
    Serves 4.
