Southwestern Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef top round steak, cut 1 inch thick
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/4 c. bottled steak sauce
    1/4 c. prepared salsa (mild, medium or hot)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine lime juice, steak sauce, salsa, oil, garlic and pepper in small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Place steak in marinade and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
    Turn occasionally. Grill steak on medium coals 12 to 14 minutes or broil in oven.
