Pepsi Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
1 c. ketchup
2 c. Pepsi-Cola

Preparation

Pour ketchup and Pepsi into a large pot.
Place washed chicken pieces in the mixture.
Bring to a boil and keep at a gentle rolling boil.
Mixture will gradually cook away and coat chicken. Cook about an hour.
Sauce is also good with pork chops.
