Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted oleo
2 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar or 1 c. powdered sugar
1 large box strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
Preparation

Mix pretzels, melted oleo and 2 tablespoons sugar lightly; press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1/2 cup sugar or 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until set.
