Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1 small can sliced or chopped ripe olives
    1 small jar pimientos (optional)
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    garlic powder, pepper, lemon juice to taste
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese in medium size bowl.
    Drain olives, pimiento and chilies.
    Add to cream cheese.
    Add seasonings and lemon juice.
    If too thick, add a little milk.
    Spread the mix on the tortillas and roll up like a jelly roll.
    Chill well. Then slice in 1/2-inch slices.
    These freeze well.
