Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. coarsely cracked pepper
1 1/2 lb. lean beef round or chuck, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, pepper and salt.
Add beef pieces.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Turn meat occasionally.
Thread meat onto skewers. Broil until meat is desired doneness.
Turn often.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
