Overnite Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild Italian sausage or ground beef
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 c. water (may add more)
15 oz. carton Ricotta or cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onions
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 egg
8 oz. uncooked lasagne noodles
1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook meat, drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and water.
Simmer 5 minutes. Combine Ricotta or cottage cheese, oregano and egg; mix well.
Spread 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with 1/2 noodles, 1/2 Ricotta mixture and 1/2 Mozzarella.
Repeat with remaining noodles, Ricotta and Mozzarella.
Top with remaining meat sauce.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, 50 to 60 minutes until bubbly.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Add Parmesan last 5 minutes.
