Cranberry Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless pork roast
    salt and pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1/4 c. peeled and chopped onion
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Rub the roast with the salt and pepper and place on a rack in a baking dish.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
