Sweet-Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. flour
    6 pork chops (loin or shoulder)
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix ginger, salt, pepper, paprika and flour together.
    Coat both sides of chops in this mixture.
    Melt shortening in skillet; add chops and cook over low heat until browned on both sides.
    Pour in orange juice and vinegar; sprinkle with sugar. Cook over a low heat for 40 minutes or until chops are tender when tested with a fork.
    Serves 4 to 6.
