Classic Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    2 tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Pour milk into a 4-cup glass measurer.
    Blend in next 6 ingredients, mixing well.
    Microwave 3 minutes.
    Beat smooth. Microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until thick, stirring after 30 seconds.
    Stir a little warm mixture into egg yolk.
    Then pour egg yolk into hot mixture.
    Microwave on Medium 1 to 2 minutes until thick.
    Stir in vinegar and oil.
    Let cool.
