Enchiladas Entomalodas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    2 lb. Jack cheese
    1 can olives, sliced
    8 large green chilies, roasted, peeled and sliced
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 large onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Slightly fry tortilla in hot oil.
    Put in baking dish (oil baking dish).
    Add cheese, onions, green chiles and olives. Roll; continue until all tortillas are rolled.
    Then spread sour cream all over enchiladas.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
