Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Jack cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Let them cool, then slice lengthwise and take white out, but don't break potato skin.
    Put white of potato in bowl.
    Add ingredients; mix well.
    Fill the brown skin of potato with filling.
    Spread grated cheese over top or green onions for looks.
    Cook 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
