Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo (soft)
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. fine chopped zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Cream eggs, margarine, oil, sugar, vanilla and buttermilk. Add all dry ingredients.
Add zucchini last.
Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
I added nuts and left out the cloves.
