Mock Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. fat-free sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small nonstick saucepan.
    Stir over low heat until thickened.
    Serve over broccoli or asparagus. Yields 4 servings (2 tablespoons each).
    Has 25 calories, less than 1 g fat.
