Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo or butter, softened
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. Quaker oats
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat oleo and sugars together until creamy.
    Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
    Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add to oleo mixture, mixing well.
    Stir in oats and raisins; mix well.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
    Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 4 dozen.
