Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chunk pineapple (15 1/2 oz.)
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
2 c. grated cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Gradually add juice.
Add to pineapple in 2-quart casserole.
Put cheese on top, then add crushed crackers.
Pour melted butter over all.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until mixture bubbles.
