Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yellow squash
    1 or 2 medium onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 or 3 eggs
    1 pkg. Town House crackers
Preparation
    Slice squash.
    Chop onion and cook in water over medium heat until tender.
    Drain.
    Add salt, pepper, margarine, eggs and 1/2 of Town House crackers.
    Mix well and pour in baking dish.
    Top with remaining crackers, crumbled, and bake in microwave for 10 minutes.
