Fiesta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. finely crushed tortilla chips
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 large eggs
    2 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. each sweet red pepper, sweet green pepper and sweet yellow pepper, all chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped olives
    2 bunches fresh cilantro or parsley
Preparation
    Combine chips and butter and press in bottom of greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in shredded cheese, chilies and peppers.
    Pour in pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes on rack.
    Spread with sour cream and chill.
    Arrange remaining ingredients on top and place on bed of fresh cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
