Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. applesauce
    4 eggs
    1 dash of salt
    1 tsp. orange extract
    2 c. raisins
    1/2 lb. green pineapple (crystallized)
    1/2 lb. red cherries (crystallized)
    4 c. pecans
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut up nuts and fruits. Sprinkle with flour to keep from sticking together.
    Mix cake mix, applesauce, eggs, salt and flavoring.
    Stir in fruit and nuts. Bake in 10-inch tube pan, greased and floured.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour 45 minutes.
