Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    1/2 to 1 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
    1 large can shoestring potatoes
Preparation
    Melt butterscotch chips in microwave.
    Add peanut butter and stir until well mixed.
    Add shoestring potatoes.
    Stir until well coated.
    Drop on wax paper and let sit until hard.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
