Breakfast Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed parsley
    orange juice
    2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 lb. mild sausage
    1/2 c. finely chopped toasted pecans
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Soak bread in orange juice and syrup. Add egg and mix thoroughly.
    Blend in sausage, pecans and parsley. Form into 1-inch balls.
    Fry over low heat turning occasionally for 12 to 15 minutes until brown.
